Thursday July 7th 2016

  • Event staff will be on site to clean and set up

Friday July 8th, 2016

  • Attendees are welcome to show up early on Friday but must be aware that they will be recruited into the workforce to help prepare the site and that lunch will not be provided.
  • 18:00 The site will officially open. There will be a pot of soup and sandwiches available for attendees to eat at their convenience. Please plan to bring along some snacks and beverages of your own if this won’t be enough for you.
Upon arrival, you must check in at the entrance to the abbey. You will be shown to your bedroom or campsite and you will have a grace period of 2 hours after your arrival to put on your medieval clothing.
  • 21:00 The tavern will be open for business with some drinks and snacks available for you to purchase. Friday evening will be a very casual affair as we all relax from the journey and get to know one another.
